Kara joined Ariya in 2013. She is the front desk chiropractic assistant, serves as our Custodian of Records, and with her dedication and warm approach, Kara will always make patients feel comfortable and at ease.
She has a passion for natural healing, and as a former massage therapist at Ariya, she has a true understanding of what a patient needs.
Kara graduated from the College of Baltimore County with an Associates degree. From there, she went on to the Baltimore School of Massage and graduated in 2011.
Kara enjoys competing in 8K, 10K and half marathons as well as Tough Mudder races. Kara and her wife, Blair, are proud parents to their young son, Beckett, who keeps them active and busy!
