Dr. Brown’s interests in how the body functions began as a young athlete. She had the opportunity to observe the benefits of chiropractic care as a student at Virginia Tech. This peaked her desire to want to learn more. In 2007, after graduating with a B.S. in Biology from Virginia Tech, she moved from Virginia to Marietta, Ga to attend Life University. Her time there afforded her the opportunity to intern in Varnamo, Sweden, before graduating in 2012. Dr. Brown’s passion for this healing art (and travel!) lead her to Arequipa, Peru to begin her career as a Chiropractor.
After practicing in Atlanta for the past 4 years, Dr. Brown has returned to Richmond to continue her chiropractic career. She joined the Ariya team in 2017. “I am dedicated to improving health through chiropractic and getting people the care they need and deserve.” Dr. Brown has experience with of a variety of conditions. She has a Webster’s technique certification for pregnancy care.
In her free time, Dr. Brown enjoys working out, scuba diving, traveling, and spending time with her husband and beautiful baby girl, Myrina.
